Self service backup and restore for agent backup

Hello all

I am looking for a way to us the Enterprise Managers Self Service portal to provide backup and restore possibility to users with a managed agent on their laptop.
I was able to run restore of individual files through the self service portal, but I could not find a way to start a backup job. It seems, that only backup of virtual machines are supported, but not any managed agent backup?

Is there a way to provide the users a possibility to start a backup job based on their needs? This beside of the normal scheduled backup job, which is configured on the VBR server?

Hi Patrick

Managed by Agent jobs cannot be started within our enterprise manager.
But your end user can open Veeam Agent GUI on his machine to start the backup job.
