Service suddenly stopped working, reinstall did not help!

Hi, I am using Backup Endpoint 1.5 for several months. Now the service could start anymore. I deinstalled the 4 programs SQL 2012 Express LocaldB, system CLR Types and SQL Management Objects and endpoint 1.5. After a reboot I installed Veeam Backup Endpoint. But when it comes to start the service, it will failed.

What can I do?

Do you have any error messages in the Windows event log? Also, do you have a case opened on this issue?
