Sheduler doesn't create an active full backup

I checked create active full backup weekly on saturday and keep 14 backups more than one month ago. Now I have one vbk file and 32 vbi files. Why it doesn't create active full backup?

Please open a support case (Control Panel > Support > Technical Support) and share the case ID.

According to the logs backup job was not scheduled to run the day when you specified active full to be created. Have you tried to modify the job schedule? Thanks.
