Hello,
I am currently testing Veeam Agent on a Windows 2008r2 Server with Exchange 2010 SP3.
Backup to a network share on a Windows Machine is working fine.
Now I tried to recover some Exchange Items.
As far as I can see, I need Veeam Explorer for Exchange.
Veeam Explorer for Exchang is part of Veeam Backup&Replication free edition.
So I installed Backup&Replication free on the same machine.
I recovered the hole Exchange Database Folder to a local Folder "Recovery"
Now I can open the Database file in Veeam Explorer for Exchange and find an item I want to recover.
And here is my question:
A direct recovery to the database via Restore Items -> Restore to user@domain.de is not possible?
Because I get an error telling me
"Unable to restore some of the selected objects. E-mail restore is only available for stores backed up with Veeam Agent for Windows and Veeam Backup an Replication Enterprise edition or higher"
Or am I doing something wrong?
Only recovery as a *.msg file or to a .pst file (If Outlook is installed) is possible?
Thank you!

Re: Single Item Recovery with Exchange Explorer Error
Hello and welcome Igor!
Restore to original is supported in Enterprise or Enterprise plus edition of Veeam B&R. Additionally, you get full functionality when backup file was created by Veeam Agent for Windows running in Server edition.
