Slow scroll on backup browser folder tree

I noticed when browsing for file restoration (restoring individual files), the scroll speed for folder tree section is very slow. File listing section scrolls by 4 lines at a time whereas the folder tree barely scrolls by one line at a time. It reminds me of windows 10's explorer scroll speed which is about equally slow.

Even worse here dragging the scrollbar handle doesn't scroll the content along, making it rather difficult to use. OS is windows 8.1. Veeam Agent (free) 5.0.1.

It would be nice if it scrolls faster...
