SMB Share problems

Hey there,

I have the problem since several days that the agent can not access my SMB share.
Out of Windows, it works directly without any problems.

I have a ticket open for a week and have not yet received a response ( #04933329 ).

The problem looks like this:
02/08/2021 21:11:48 :: Error: An unexpected network error occurred. Failed to read data from the file [*network path here*2021-08-01T233704.vbk]. Failed to restore file from local backup. VFS link: [summary.xml]. Target file: [MemFs://frontend::CDataTransferCommandSet::RestoreText_{1dc5ab7b-bd9c-4d4d-91b5-79f67e4c0a53}]. CHMOD mask: [0]. Agent failed to process method {DataTransfer.RestoreText}. Agent failed to process method {DataTransfer.RestoreText}.

Hi Mowe,

Support for a free tier cases works on best-effort basis, so delays are normal there.

Your error does not look like a connection issue to me.
Can you try "Standalone Full backup" from agent menu?

The "Standalone Full backup" also failed.

There are 8 failed sessions logged from 24.7 to 25.7, before error changed from "The user name or password is incorrect." to "An unexpected network error occurred." which makes me wonder if your account might have been locked on NAS device?
