Solution for MySQL Server on Windows
We are considering using Veeam for backing up our MySQL databases on Windows. Does Veeam have a solution for such workloads? We are specifically interested in verifying integrity of backups and if we can avoid stopping the MySQL Server process before initiating the backup.

Re: Solution for MySQL Server on Windows
Hello,
and welcome to the forums.
for MySQL on Windows, there is scripting available. Nothing built-in.
https://www.veeam.com/wp-consistent-pro ... riadb.html might be a good starting point for the scripts. They just need to be adopted for Windows.
Best regards,
Hannes

Is a built-in solution planned? We have many 15TB+ MySQL databases on Windows and a built-in solution would be really helpful.

Re: Solution for MySQL Server on Windows
Hello,
and welcome to the forums.
Nothing is planned for the near future. MySQL on Windows is a pretty rare request (and the script is not really complicated what I remember). Also please note, that we support Oracle MySQL out of the box (just in case you have the open source software).
Best regards,
