Some .pst files will not backup

I am evaluating using Veeam Agent for windows but I am having problems with the backing up of some Outlook files.

I select the following directory for backup:

C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook

which contains my Oulook pst files. The backup runs but very few files are backup up. 3 items out of 31 are backup up. What am I doing wrong? I have downloaded the latest version on the 8th August 2017.

Please confirm what backup mode are you using (Entire PC / Volume Level / File Level)? To double check: is that a .pst or an .ost file? Thanks
