SQL Always on / Log backup - 04126202

Hello, i found maybe a bug in Windows Agent, i not test with vmware this problem, only with Agent. In cluster SQL Alwayson when one database is not sync to cluster, database log backup every ** minute is not good, if only one is not sync. Can you confirm this ?.
