SQL CLuster ((WSFC) Compatible

Hi,

We got a client using Sharepoint 2013 with its databases set on WSFC 2012r2(classic SQL CLuster with RAW disk)

We would need to know if Veeam is able to backup/restore databases from this SQL cluster? because I've seen this 100% working for SQL AlwaysOn but I am unable to find the information for SQL WIndows server cluster

Hello PostDBA,

Veeam Agent for Windows cannot backup the database from shared storage (clustered disk). You can run a backup on a node and use native sql backup utility to store the files at the regular volume you are protecting with agent.
