Standalone server not creating Recovery disk

Hi Expert,
We have one standalone server which is in my DMZ network.
I installed veeam agent for windows. Now whenever i am trying to create recovery disk its failed. Below message will display.
"failed to create recovery media veeam: the system cannot find the file specified"
Kindly advise me. Even backup job also failed.

Hello moakh,

This error is usually displayed when recovery media components with the operating system are missing. You can install Microsoft ADK on the machine to add the missing components or build the recovery media on another machine with the same operating system. Cheers!
