Hello,
I need to extend the license for my 10 Veeam Agent instances for another year.
I now got the information from the distributor that I have to switch to VUL licensing as Agent-based licensing is EOL.
Does someone know, if I also have to re-install the agents when changing the license? Or is it enough to only import the new license file?

Hello!
In general, VUL licenses are supported for v4 or later agents. And at this time, previous agent versions are already out of support.
However, with the help of your sales person VUL license can be "mimicked" to previous agent versions too, by creating a legacy license file those older agent versions require. Not that I would recommend continue running them at this stage though!
