System running a full backup every Monday?

I am configured with the default backup scheme writing to a network folder at work. During the week, the backup does it's small incremental, but every Monday (after not being able to backup over the weekend), it does a full backup that takes many hours. Is this normal behavior? I thought it didn't need to run fulls after the initial seeding.

Hello Dean,
It’s happening due the bug with the network disconnects. Will be fixed in GA, meanwhile feel free to delete old .vbk’s and .vib’s if they are no longer needed. Thanks
