Tech support options besides from within the app.

Hi guys,
It is great to have this amazing product for free and I do understand that only email support can be provided. But the way the support request is generated is making it hard to send one from within our environment.
Just a request for future improvement would be to have a web based form for this or from within the app so that we can just enter our web proxy details and submit the request.

Or is there a specific email address we can send an email to from our outlook/gmail/etc.

Out of curiosity, anyone else faced this issue as well?

Rushad,

The only available option to open a support case is thru the VEB UI. Ideally, it should be opened from the affected machine, however, if its offline you can use any other computer with VEB installed. Just do not forget to mention another machine is affected.
