It is great to have this amazing product for free and I do understand that only email support can be provided. But the way the support request is generated is making it hard to send one from within our environment.
Just a request for future improvement would be to have a web based form for this or from within the app so that we can just enter our web proxy details and submit the request.
Or is there a specific email address we can send an email to from our outlook/gmail/etc.
Out of curiosity, anyone else faced this issue as well?
