the backup job didn't proceed from 99%

Hi,

I have a question about Veeam Endpoint Backup.
Because the backup job didn't proceed from 99%, they canceled the job.
After that, the backup job doesn't proceed from Merge (77%).
What should be in order to stop the job?

Hi Yuya,

I am not sure I understand. After the job was canceled its ok for merge to be started at the beginning of the next job run. If you want to cancel the job, just go to Control Panel and hit Cancel. However, if the merge process is stuck, I recommend you opening a support case and investigate this issue. Thanks.
