The specified thumbprint does not match the verified certificate

Hi All,

I have configured veeam agent for windows on my client PC. Backups are running through cloud connect(our data center).
It is not able check for backup destination. I tried to edit and re-modify the job details, In the credentials tab, it is giving error is "The specified thumbprint does not match the verified certificate".

Help on this error Please.

Hi,

The error means that the thumbprint in the textbox does not match the thumbprint of the certificate that has been provided by the CC. That might have happened either due to a typo during manual fingerprint input, or if the fingerprint that you've entered belongs to another certificate.
