Time is freezing during backup

Hello,

I am using Veeam Agent for Windows inside a virtual machine. I am using Proxmox as hypervisor, so virtualisiation is on kvm basis.
I have several vms wirth windows server where backup just works fine.
But I have on Windows Terminal Server Windows 2008 R2 where Veeam Agent for windows failed:

20.11.2017 18:45:05 :: Error: Shared memory connection was closed. Failed to upload disk. Agent failed to process method {DataTransfer.SyncDisk}. Exception from server: Unerwarteter Netzwerkfehler Failed to write data to the file [\\nas-veeam\backup\Backup Job WTS-1\Backup Job WTS-12017-11-20T183049.vbk]. Failed to download disk.

During the backup I can see that the time on the server start to go slower or freeze.
So time between server and nas are different and backup can not be uploadet.

So can anybody help me.
