Trouble Installing the Agent

I want to first start off by saying I have just opened a ticket for this issue, but also wanted to get this posted to see if anyone has had a similar issue to this before. ID - #04546105

Following Code is 2 Errors from Windows Logs:

If anyone needs any more of the install logs or anything else please let me know I could really use a fix. I am about to head to bed and will check this again in the morning.
