In the configure backup section -> Shared Folder, i cannot "Browse" the datastore. Instead when i click Browse I get a message stating:-
This is with the correct share credentials set."Loading Devices.....
Last error: The list of servers for this workgroup is currently not available."
I am able to populate the free space in the same section and if i copy the correct location to my share - e.g. \\192.168.151.2\PC Backups\users\PC1\MainPC i can continue and backup properly and it will backup correctly.
When using recovery media created by Veeam Agent i have exactly the same issue where i cannot browse the share and i have to manually type the location of the backup to be able to restore.
Browsing to the share from the same Windows machine using the same credentials works perfectly.
The share is a Qnap NAS set to the same workgroup as the PC, configured for windows shares and the user has full read/write access (which works as i can browse to it from the same machine without issue.)
Does anyone know why this is happening?
