Unable to Configure Backup
I have a Windows 10 computer with Veeam Endpoint Backup free and since last week when I click on Configure Backup in the control panel I get the UAC prompt and click on Yes but never get the Configure Backup window. I have uninstalled and reinstalled VEB and checked for updates. Not sure where else to look so any help would be appreciated!
Thanks,
J

Re: Unable to Configure Backup
Hi,
Have you tried to disable UAC and see if the backup window appears? Also please check if "Veeam Configure Backup" is running in Task Manager.
Thank you.

Re: Unable to Configure Backup
Are you trying to launch it using local admin credentials?

Re: Unable to Configure Backup
Hmm... ok. Try to do the same with any other local admin account, if it doesn't help, then I would suggest to review the support logs.

jhughes88,
Make sure the configure backup window is not hidden in the background (Alt + Tab the opened applications to check).
