Hello, Has this issue ever been resolved. I get the same error:
Creating recovery media fails with the following errors: Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) component is missing. Specify the location of Microsoft Windows 7 Enterprise x64 installation files (you may need to insert your Windows installation media). Alternatively, download and install Windows ADK.
And: Error Failed to create recovery media: one of the required permissions was not assinged to the client. (this one is partly translated from dutch, thus it may be somewhat inaccurate.)

I am unable to create a support case. The support tab in the application does not acknowledge my e-mail address (tried all three of them). And on the website under product i cannot select Endpoint Backup.
