Unable to install Veeam Agent

Hi,

We are trying to install Veeam Windows Agent on Server 2012 R2 ... But this is failing straight away.

We have narrowed it down to failing on the SqlLocalDB install..
As soon as we click the install button on SqlLocalDB - this fails with Setup Interrupted.

Any help appreciated on how we can get this installed. Happy to provide log files.
