Hi,
I'm new to Veeam Endpoint. I successfully installed the application and was able to create successful backups. I can prove that by doing a file restore. All looks great.
My next task will be to restore in the Windows RE environment. At the 'Select a system image backup', it won't find an image, so I pick the radial button for 'Select a system image', and see nothing. Then click 'Advanced....', put in the \\server\share and authenticate, but it will not find any images. I've tried both by name and IP.
Thanks

Re: Unable to location backup files on network share
You're booting from a CD created from the recovery .ISO? Perhaps you need to select and load a network driver when using the Windows RE environment?

Re: Unable to location backup files on network share
Hi RestTech,
A few questions:
1. Are you doing a volume or full computer backup?
2. Can you boot on the recovery media CREATED by Veeam software? And if so, can you go to tools, command prompt and see if you can get an IP
Thanks
Mike
