I formatted my PC a few minutes ago and re-installed Windows 10 x64 Pro. Next, I installed Veeam Agent for Windows 3.0.2.1170 and attempted to restore some files to no avail. See error message (link included) screenshot. https://ibb.co/jr360zS
The error message reads, "Failed to transfer C:\VeeamFLR\DESKTOP-BBPR577 The device is not ready."
Plain and simple: I do not comprehend what this is telling me. In the past, I have been able to wipe and re-install Windows and have been successfully able to restore files......... until now because reasons unknown to me. If someone could please kindly walk me through as to:
A) why I am seeing this error message
B) please tell me how this can be fixed so that I can restore files
I would be forever in your debt.
