Is the built-in updater for Veeam actually function? If you look at the network request, it says "UnknownProduct". Have you put the wrong name in the "ProductName"?

We usually enable auto-update functionality for new version a few weeks after GA, once we have enough adoption to be sure there are no major regression. Right now you can downloads the update from the website and install it manually.

Until v5 is published to autoupdate system it literary knows nothing about it, so I'd say that's expected.
