VAW giving cannot find folder errors

Post by zadrian »

I have deleted some obsolete user accounts from the Notebook (Win10) using Computer properties as the account were deleted from the Domain Controller and became "unknown account".
But subsequent Veeam Agent for Windows backup became amber with "cannot find folder c:\users\adrian\pictures" (a whole list of folders, taking that adrian was the deleted account".

Is the only way to solve by deleting the job ?

Hi Zadrian.

Open job properties and look into included object paths - check if said user profile path is added explicitly to the job.
If not, you can try removing and re-adding existing backup job objects.

/Thanks!
