At this moment (I don't know what the future will bring for VAW) cases for VEB are not seen in cp.veeam.com. This is purely through email. You should check for an email with subject: Subject:Re: case 02077575 - пропуск PST outlook x64. If I see it correctly you should have received one yesterday

Maybe they still need to update the thread. As said, I can't read the language of the support call . Also now that VEB comes on a best effort basis for support (it is free after all ) so sometimes it can take a bit more time before they get back to you.
With version 2 (VAW) there will be paid versions with support contracts on it
