VEB backup folder sync via internet

Hello friends!
Please, advise the best way to make a sync folders backup.
I have 2 computer, and I make a backup to a shared folder.
I want to copy this folder to another computer via Internet.
I tried to use btsync and syncthing. But each time they replicate the full archive again.
I need to replicate only the changes.

Do you have Veeam Backup & Replication server deployed in your infrastructure? If yes, then using backup copy jobs should be the best solution.

No, I don't have Veeam Backup & Replication server.
And VBR Free don't work with Veeam Endpoint Backup. True?

All files in the backup chain are modified on the block level during merge process in VEB. Third party tools usually work on a file level (basically, track the file modification date of the file), thus they replicate all backup chain again after every job run.

Restores are fully functional, however, integration with VBR repository and backup copy job requires licensed VBR console.

If I have two independent and unrelated networks, should I have 2 copies of VBR? one for the backup repository and one copy backup?

If you're able to access these networks over the WAN with a public IP, then only one Veeam B&R server is required. Each site will have a backup repository and a backup copy job syncing backups between the sites.
