Update the Agent too. You need Veeam Agent 5.0.1 for Win10 21H1.

If that‘s not helping, a support case with veeam is needed for all technical issues.

How could I upgrade agent, on first VBR console run after upgrade I had an window to upgrade transport protocols on all servers this went without errors, but I didn't saw there windows agent components to upgrade?
In Infrastructure section on tab agent I have only Install and Uninstall, I don't have option Upgrade.

Use this guide to upgrade the agents. It's a manual task, if you don't have configured the protection groups to autoupdate the agents on the next rescan.
https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backu ... ml?ver=110

If you don't use protection groups to manage the agents, then use this guide:
https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/agent ... tml?ver=50

I had an window to upgrade transport protocols on all servers this went without errors, but I didn't saw there windows agent components to upgrade
This option only allows you to choose if you want to upgrade the vbr server components like backup repo or Backup Proxy too. Not the agents.

So it looks like I do not have protection groups, my windows 10 computers are in Inventory -- >Manually Added.
But when I open Agent on windows computer, then "About" I don't have any option to install new version.

If you open the link, you will see, that you can download the agent by yourself for manual upgrade procedure :)
NOTE

Consider the following:
- In some cases, upgrade to the new version of Veeam Agent may require computer reboot.
- You can also download the Veeam Agent setup archive from this Veeam webpage. Save the downloaded archive on the computer where you plan to install the new version of the product and double-click the setup archive to start the upgrade.

OK, my fault firewall filtered needed 135,139,445 TCP ports, after open it, VBR console automatically show that computers have "Out of date" agents with option to upgrade.
Thanks for help.

Your welcome. After the upgrade, you should be able to backup the workstations.
