Veeam Agent 13 always keep connection to B&R

After update Veeam Agent for windows to verison 13.0.1.1009 (and B&R), I can see it always keep established connection to B&R server, even when job is not running, what constantly wakes up B&R server from sleep (by SYN packets).

Why this happening? Is it bug or feature? There was no such behavior in previous versions before v13. Possible to disable it, or only solution is downgrade?
