Veeam Agent Beta (Windows) ignores Backup once powered on

I'm using and testing the current Veeam Agent Beta (Windows).
Previously I was using Version 1.5.

I configured the Job, so that it runs at 23:00 every day.
Often my PC isn't powered on at this time.

So I configured the Option:

If Computer is inactive at this time: Backup once powered on.
Unfortunatelly that doesn't seem to happen in the Beta Version.

My last backup was now 7 day ago.
So it doesn't seem to be backed up when it's powered on is the pc is turned off at the time the Backup should run.

Any idea if that is a known issue?

That looks like a bug to me, or maybe something with your power settings. Either way, I think it is best to create a support call that this can be investigated. If it is a bug, we want it out by GA and if it is not a bug we know what we need to do in case this happens to others also.

Please post the support case ID here and the resolution after that here also

Please check:

- Control Panel > Settings option ‘Disabled scheduled backups’ is unchecked
- Backup job > Schedule step > ‘Daily at’ checkbox is checked

I have the same error, but temporarily fix for it to work is to change the settings mark "When backup target is connected" that solved the problem for me, also marked to not run more often then every 23 Hour. If you need I can create a support case for this to

I have the same problem (that backup once power on is ignored although disabled scheduled backups is unchecked and daily at is checked). In addition I have the problem that "daily at" is not used is the computer is just suspended at this time (so it doesn't wake up at the time). Using Windows 10 pro 64 bit german version.

This is indeed a bug in the beta version. This has been confirmed and will be fixed in GA.
