I have just noticed that the most current VBR installation ISO contains an older Veeam Agent release:
VeeamBackup&Replication_11.0.1.1261_20220302.iso -> Agent 5.0.1.4584
So I was wondering if the packaged Veeam Agent on the ISO will only be updated with a new VBR build, or if it has been forgotten in this case.
I have to admit, that I've never tried to install a Veeam Agent before from the VBR ISO and I'm not sure how many customers will use this setup. But in this case I would have installed the vulnerable release, if I didn't check the build number.

that's what I see for the latest two ISOs, but that sounds wrong to me... let me check...ISO will only be updated with a new VBR build
