Veeam Agent Duplicate Reports

We have a customer that is using the Veeam Agent for Windows in standalone mode to back up a physical server to a Veeam repo. They have a few jobs on it, but only one is going to the Veeam repo. The others are direct to cloud. Then, they are copying the one job from the Veeam server to us. However, since they have email reporting turned on for both. The 1 job is alerting twice for backups since both the Agent and the Veeam server see the job. Any thoughts on reducing the duplicate reports?

Single job should create only one report, so this behavior is unexpected. Can you please raise a support case and share the case ID with us? Cheers!
