Veeam Agent Error-Initializing Error:Case # 02184936

We have two different site on different geographical locations. It is connected through Internet, not VPN.

Site-A: Site-B:
1.Have two machines and one NAS(Storage) 1. Have One Veeam backup and Replication server
2.Two Server name is Server X and Server Y
3.I have open and forwarded the ports 2500:2600, 135:139, 6160:6180,445 to Server-X
4.And port 5000 forwarded to NAS

Now I have added the NAS (storage) as a repository under Veeam Backup and Replication(site-B) console through firewall IP and select the Server-X as a gateway.

I have configured the Jobs on both server-x and Y. The server-X is being backup successfully but Server-Y couldn't.

Note-: I have uploaded the logs on FTP
