Veeam Agent for Windows 2 .. Not Cancelling

Hi I installed the Beta agent on a test server and the server backup up fine to our Cloud Connect server. However it was then stuck at the Saving GuestMembers.xml point for 5 hours.

At that point I cancelled the job however the jobs status says cancelling but when you look at the job details Saving GuestMembers.xml has been runnign for over 31 hours now.

Is this expected behavior?
