Hi All,
We have Windows server 2008 Physical server in one of our client environment.
We are planning to migrate it to our Data center by using Veeam agent for windows.
Is any version of Veeam Agent will be useful here??
I believe 2008 server is not compatible with Veeam.
Please help
Thanks,
Vijay G

Re: Veeam Agent for windows compatability
Hi,
It's an unsupported version of Windows. You should have at least Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1.
You can consider virtualizing the server to back it up by Veeam B&R.
Thanks!

hello,
at the data center, will that 2008 server by on a physical server or do you plan to migrate it to virtual server?
