Need to backup a Windows 2008 R2 SP1 server with attached USB drive (Western Digital My Book). Veeam does not see the My Book drive letter under Settings/Backup Mode/Volume level backup or Settings/Backup Mode/File Level backup. (Also tried Veeam Endpoint, which behaves the same.) Any help on configuring Veeam Agent for Windows to see an external drive I need to backup along with the server?
Note: Our Veeam B+R is 9.5 Update 1

Re: Veeam Agent for Windows does not see attached USB drive
kevin,
Unfortunately, VEB 1.5 and VAW 2.0 do not support external devices as a source for backup job. You can use removable media only as backup destination
