When a Veeam Agent for Windows(VAW) (V6.1) is managed by a VBR(12.1) and the policy is pushed to the agent, how does one get notified if the backups failed or succeeded? There is no Veeam agent on the workstation to check the notification settings as if the agent were installed as a stand-alone agent.
Does the Veeam agent take the notification settings of the VBR where the policy resides?
Is there a better way to manage many VAWs?

Re: Veeam Agent for Windows managed by VBR - email notifications
Hello David,
Email reports are created from Veeam B&R server based on the job results received from Veeam Agent for Windows. Since agent is in constant connection with B&R you got nothing to worry about as all the stats are delivered to the backup server and then email report is sent, otherwise the job would fail (and you will get a report about such failed state too). Thanks!
