Hi all,
I have VEEAM agent for Windows, free installed on a VM in a home lab running a full VM backup to a share on my NAS drive. The backup is working fine.
However it occurred to me I have no idea how to restore it.
In the start menu shortcuts I see the "File Level Restore" and "Volume Restore" options, but nothing about a full restore.
I assumed I would need to spin up a new VM, install the agent and then run a restore but can't find any options on the existing install to carry it out.
Does anyone have instructions/info on how to carry out a full restore on the free version?
Thanks

Re: VEEAM agent free version full restore
Hi Mo,
You can find all restore related information in the User Guide here.
For the entire restore scenario you should use Bare-metal recovery.
Thanks!
