I know there are no Gpos .adm for Veeam agent.
But can I configure all agents by a custom made gpo of registry keys?

Free agent can be deployed via GPO (check this article - Installing Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows in Unattended Mode), but backup job configuration should be performed manually. For paid version you can use configuration distribution with a hand of Configuration API. Thank you.
