Hello,
When i try to restore the VM guest file for windows i always get the backup browser always loading even wait more than 24 hours. Anyone know why?

Not expected behavior, so please open a Support Case and be sure include logs from the affected server for Support to review.
The mounting of the disks for browsing might take a little bit of time, but not hours worth, so let's get a case open and let the Support Engineers review the situation.
