Veeam agent volume restores failed

We've implemented a significant amount of Veeam agent for windows backups in our environment. We are currently testing restores from these backups. Whenever we try to do a volume restore from Veeam backup and replication we get an error. See the error below.

"Unable to get backup with id '01ccf418-ae3c-447c-9fcd-b36a81723e7'

The backup mode for these backups are set to Volume level backups so we should be able to do volume level restores.
