Veeam Agent Windows network throttle

I have a backup setup, which backup local drive at File-level to a windows share, 1GB connection between agent and destination machines.
However, I found the network usage is always 520Mbps, which causes a slow backup speed.

After I turned on "Throttle backup activity when the system is busy", the network utilises a little more, about 500Mbps -700Mbps

Is there any way to remove the network throttle on VAW?

"Throttle backup activity when the system is busy" option affects resource consumption on the host (basically it controls backup process priority inside the Operating System). Whats the average volume processing rate during backup?

3.1TB 's average backup duration is 10:08:07, that is too much from my point of view.
