VEEAM backup Agent BETA - Pb Connecting VEEAM B&R DS

Dear,

Today i start my tests on VEEAM Backup Agent for Windows which is in beta.
And i get one error at this time :

I have a VEEAM Backup & Replication Server
On this VEEAM server i have a repository (CIFS) mounted.

So i installed VEEAM Agent Backup for Windows
I configure a new BACKUP >> destination >>> VEEAM Backup repository
I Enter My VEEAM server Credntials...
VEEAM Agent find my repository (and is able to check the free space)
The Job created without any error

But, When i launch my backup i get the following status error on tasklist :
Passed : Initializing
Error : Unknown invoker method 1008
Error : Processing finished with error

I tried to search on this 1008 error but the product is available only since yesterday so do not find aything.

Does anyone can reproduce the same problème?
Does i need to open a VEEAM ticket?

I just submitted a ticket for the same thing (Windows 7 x64). Uninstalled 1.5, rebooted, installed 2.0 Beta, rebooted. Deleted old job from Backup and Replication Server (9.5) as well as back up folder and files from repository. Started and configured new job to point to repository.

Getting the same error on the windows beta agent 2.0.0.594

Was previously working without issue on the free 1.5 version. I completely uninstalled this before installing the beta version.

You have to update the B&R server to version 9.5.0.823.
This fixed the problem for me.

I updated VBR to veeam_backup_9.5.0.823.update1 and there are no errors anymore.

Important notes
• Upgrade from Veeam Endpoint Backup 1.5 is not supported, please do a clean install.
• Because of significant changes in both configuration and backup formats, we may not be able to provide the upgrade from BETA to GA build, and/or ability to restore from BETA backups in GA build. So please, do not assume that such compatibility will be available.
• Veeam Backup and Replication 9.5 Update 1 must be installed in order to test integration with Veeam backup repository or direct backup to Veeam Cloud Connect repository.
