Veeam backup file
Case #05782141 An error appears when trying to restore files. The input string had an incorrect format. The files are on WD My Book Live and there are files from other machines on it. But it turns out to restore them without problems.

Thank you for the case number and welcome to the forum.
Is it possible that you are trying to restore from a backup file which was created on a Veeam Backup & Replication server?
Also the logs are missing in your support case. In case our support will take over your ticket (Free agent only gets support on best effort), they require the log files. A screenshot alone doesn't allow to do an effective analysis. Please add them to the case:
