Veeam backup free edition windows

On a computer running Windows 8 64bits during the installation of the latest version of veeam backup free edition for Windows, the procedure comes to an end and it runs for a long time on startup of the service then it fails with a cancel function that allows everything from even to finish the installation correctly however the veeam service does not start even in manual

I tried a cleanup, system update and sql uninstall but nothing good

Do you have any Lavasoft components installed on this machine? A few times we observed similar behavior caused by this software...
