i used VEB in the past months without problems. Last week I tried to run a new backup on my computer (Windows 7 Ultimate x64) but Veeam did not start.
Not starting means, I could not find the Tray Icon (did not start) and the console was not shown (did also not start).
Trying to set up a call using the VEB console does not work, because the console does not start up. So I hope someone can help me.
I tried the following actions to get VEB running:
- I have checked Windows Eventlog and did not find any error was displayed.
- I tried to do a repair and a new installation of VEB, but that did not fix my problem.
- So i took a look at the Svc.VeeamEndpointBackup.log and found several WMI-Errors from VEB service:

Did someone have the same problems and how did you fix it ?
