I have veeam cloud connect 9.5 with update 1 and a veeam Agent endpoint 2.0.When i create a backup job ,at the end it fails saying unable to create a backup job. Failed to save the cloud repository ,All cloud gateways are unavailable. I added a registry key within the cloud connect gateway to allow beta Veeam agent to connect to the cloud connect server. Any help really appreciated.

Since you seem to have done the preparations, including the registry key, then it might be best to create a support case now through the UI of VAW (Veeam agent for Microsoft Windows). Post the support case ID here and follow-up.
I assume Cloud Connect is working for other backups? (PS: Since you say you have cloud connect, is that enterprise or as a service provider?)
