I was wondering if its possible to enable encryption on veeam endpoint backups.

Not in 1.5 (but you can enable encryption on it when you store it on a VBR repository as target) but in VAW 2 (the new name for VEB) it will be possible out of the box

Hi,
In addition, VEB supports full integration with Windows BitLocker, so if you are using backup to USB driver that should would out of the box.
For 2.0 standalone encryption is supported. You can test VAW 2.0 beta version now
