veeam.endpoint.recovery.exe don't start

hi i try three times to create the recovery media to usb key
Every times complete with no error.
when start the computer from usb key it respond vcruntime140_clr400.dll is missing.
i have installer c++ 2014 and c++2015 before create the usb key, have you any solutions.
veeam agent 3.0.1.1039 free edition

Is it possible to reinstall Veeam Agent for Windows 3.0.1 completely and re-run the recovery media creation wizard? Thanks!

hi dima i have removed veeam agent, deleted the folder veeam and installed the agent. recreated the usb boot key and when it boot i've got the same problem.
the error is the same in another computer, with different hardware. it could be sophos antivirus or this release of veeam agent..
